FLEX Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of FLEX, including the free service and FLEX Pro. By using FLEX, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Fitness Disclaimer
FLEX provides general workout tracking and planning tools, not medical advice. AI-generated plans may contain errors and must be reviewed before use. Stop exercising and seek qualified help when appropriate. You are responsible for choosing activities suitable for your health and ability.
Accounts And Acceptable Use
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Do not misuse FLEX, attempt to bypass usage or payment controls, interfere with the service, scrape protected data, or use the AI planner for unlawful or unrelated content.
Routine And Program Sharing
Share only workout content you have the right to distribute. Do not share harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, encouragement of self-harm, dangerous instructions, spam, scams, or other unlawful material. Sharing is intended for training plans, not advertising or links to external services. Automated text filters may prevent delivery of restricted content.
Open a received share and choose Report content to report a concern and block its sender. You can also block a sender without submitting a report. FLEX reviews reports and may remove shared content or suspend sharing privileges. Contact support@duffyadams.com for urgent concerns or to appeal a moderation decision. Removing a delivery does not erase independent copies already saved by recipients.
FLEX Content And Intellectual Property
FLEX and the original content created for it—including its exercise illustrations, poster images, motion demonstrations, videos, original text, interface, and branding—are owned or controlled by Duffy Adams and protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property and contract laws. Some exercise media was created with generative-AI tools. Third-party software and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
FLEX gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use this content only as part of your permitted use of the app. You may not extract, copy, publish, sell, sublicense, redistribute, build a competing media library from, or use the exercise images or videos to train an artificial-intelligence model without prior written permission.
FLEX Pro Purchases
- Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store where they were purchased.
- When offered, a seven-day trial converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is determined by the payment platform.
- Prices and taxes are shown before purchase and may vary by country or platform. Price changes apply as permitted by the payment platform.
- A lifetime purchase, when offered, unlocks the Pro features available for the lifetime of the FLEX service; it is not a promise that every future feature or third-party service will be included forever.
- Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the rules of Apple or the web payment provider used for the purchase.
Promotion And Tester Codes
Codes may have expiration dates, redemption limits, and account restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, tester access lasts one year. Codes have no cash value, may not be resold, and may be revoked when obtained through fraud or abuse.
Service Changes And Availability
FLEX may add, change, or discontinue features and may temporarily be unavailable. We will use reasonable care, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that all data can always be recovered. Keep exports of data that is important to you.
Termination
You may stop using FLEX or delete your account at any time. FLEX may suspend access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Account deletion does not itself cancel a store subscription; cancel it through the store where you purchased it.
